Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse (Formally Love & War in Texas) is a restaurant developed by native Texan Tye Phelps who believes the philosophy described by Mr. Steinbeck. The concept was created to promote Texas, Texans, Texas food and Texas Heritage. You will not find any “sushi” or “Alaskan snow crab” on our menu. Only fresh Texas Gulf seafood, Texas produce and Texas grown meats… all cooked into authentic Texas recipes. To compliment the cuisine, TXM has an extensive “all-Texas” wine list and an equally impressive collection of Texas Beers.
